40 Weird Things That Happen When Your Boyfriend Is Your Best Friend

Saw this online, and thought its cute. Pretty much accurate. lol

1. He sees you in true form. There’s right before bed, zit cream and all. There’s drunk you with eye liner smeared on your face and nacho cheese in your hair. There are a lot of yous he has endured. It’s actually laughable how bad you have looked around him and how little you care.
2. You’ve become so comfortable with each other that embarrassment is no longer a factor.
3. You have each other’s outfit ensembles nearly memorized. “I’m wearing the maroon shirt.” “With the tan shorts and brown watch?” “Yup.”
4. You have had moments where you both felt like you couldn’t stand anyone else but each other for the moment.
5. Your families are way too comfortable around you both at this point and absolutely nothing gets held back.
6. You become obsessed with certain restaurants and foods for different periods of time.
7. You two have way too many inside jokes that no one else understands.
8. You may even have sayings and phrases that basically create your own dorky little joke language.
9. You start to know instantly if the other will be interested in something. So, you’re constantly sending each other videos and articles.

IM SOOORRRYYY

I am back after soooo loooong!!

GOOOSH... I`m going 5 months now here in Switzerland.

Okay, okay, I know its quite confusing because I never updated here. So, to make everything short... I moved here in Switzerland end of May this year and got married 3rd of this month. We got pretty serious and fast. Sounds crazy, but we planned it and thought about it gazillion times.

And yes, it wasnt easy at all moving from the Philippines to Switzerland. (which I will write more about in the next days).
And no, it wasnt so stressful planning a wedding, but I swear you will have those rollercoaster emotions every now and then (which I will write more, again, in the next few days).

I hope I will not forget to write those things I said I will.

PS. I will also write more and share pictures from the wedding maybe in few weeks (if Im not too busy).

Til next time!

8 Awesome Benefits Of Sleeping Naked

1. Ease. There’s however many less clothes you need to wash each week because you just aren’t using them. You don’t have to buy pajamas.

2. It encourages you not to be a schlub. When you wear pajamas, pajama time can creep up earlier and earlier. Some people get into the terrible habit of changing into them as soon as they get home from work! And then you are a person who wears pajama pants and won’t leave the house because you’ve already taken off your work clothes. Sleeping in the nude means you can’t get ready for bed until you’re actually going to bed — and forces you to keep your nice clothes on until then.

3. Self-esteem. Spending time naked makes you feel comfortable with your body. When you are comfortable with your body, you act more confidently which makes you happy and is viewed as attractive by others.

4. You have a stronger relationship with your partner. There is NO replacement for skin on skin contact — it delivers the good stuff, Oxytocin, and bonds you together. Clothes get in the way of skin on skin contact, which is rude, and prevents you from reaping the benefits of Oxytocin including elevated happiness, lower stress, reduced blood pressure, and less inflammation

overnight camping year 2.

So, it started summer last year when we went camping in Anawangin, Zambales..... We enjoyed it much i guess, so this year we decided to go camping again, and this time in Calatagan, Batangas. We had no idea how it would be and what to expect though, coz no one in our group have been in Burot Beach before, so it somehow added up some excitement reading all those reviews and blogs from travel bloggers. yihiii! I just love campings and goin back to basics(setting up a fire for cooking and lights at night,no electricity, no noise from the busy city, away from comfy-ness of the modern life) once in a while, for a breather..
I can say, this year's camping was more of a chillax kind of bonding with friends than last year. We got to talk about some grown up things(serious and no way serious topics, name it), for the first time, i saw couple of shooting stars(i just forgot to make a wish i was starstruck-ed...), had some booze but just for chilling, and most of all no meeting of strangers just to have fun. lol. ourselves were more than enough we didnt need more crowds. ;)

Here are the photos:
ready to goooo!
stop over on our way to Batangas.
group picture bago mag-si-pag selfie!
rest aka "picture picture" after setting up the tents!

Life Realizations

I have come to some realizations lately. Maybe because I wasnt busy that much, or am I thinking too much? Whichever, yes, I have realized some random things in the last few days.
Silly things, to be specific.

  • Mashed potato will always be there for me. Yes, I think they're always there for me especially in my bad times. I remember I had an argument with "someone" before and the next day, a friend(now my boyfriend), invited me to his place to taste his mashed potato. It was good. Mashed potato is actually my favorite eversince but I wasnt very vocal about it. Hahaha! Whatevs! Then theres one time last year, when going home from Baler, Rafael was super mad because the van waited forever for some unimportant friend of them/passenger, and we were stucked inside the van for i-dont-know-how-long.. He started being mean and not talking to me. I seriously didnt know how to comfort him or make him feel good. I ran out of things to say, I told him, "its okay, theres leftover mashed potato at home, we'll eat it as soon as we get home." He super laughed and changed his mood. :) its effective I tell you. Then few weeks ago I was having some 'quarter life crisis' and made myself some mashed potato, didnt really made me feel okay, but made me feel full. Haha.
  • Crossfit is fine for me. I think I like it. Yes its cool for me. Not the hardcore ones. But I havent try them yet. :( Maybe soon(not sooo soon), next time!

10 Ways Long-Distance Relationships Make People – And Love – Stronger

So, here I am again stealing and re-posting an article from thoughcatalog because I sooo much agree and strongly believe on the points stated on the article and I don't know, they're true and pretty much speaks for myself. Ahhhh yeah, its not so easy, I bet you all know that.. And I bet some of you knows as well that it is my first time to be in a relationship with someone who is miles and miles away from me. Gah. Not an easy task.(TO MY BOYFRIEND: hey if you're reading now, don't get it wrong, you're not a task haha!) What I mean was, to keep the love alive is not an easy thing especially when separated by distance. And it mainly strengthens the love and the two people involved in it to have trust and have faith in them. So, read now. :)

Long-distance relationships are typically thought of as difficult at best. Many people consider them completely not worth doing at all, no matter what the circumstances. But I put forth a different perspective: The very things about loving someone from a distance that can seem so painful and negative are really, in fact, a tremendous source of strength that can not only make the relationship more solid and the love more intense, but could end up challenging both people involved to become better, more grateful, and more patient in general. Here’s how:
More time for yourselfFor most people in relationships, trying to maintain a balance between spending time together and taking time for yourself is an ongoing challenge. We all know it’s important to spend time just doing you, but it can be all too easy for couples to become wound up in nearly every part of each other’s lives, which isn’t always a terrible thing, but everyone needs breathing room from time to time. It’s healthy. When you don’t always have the choice to spend time together, time alone becomes built in. Even if you miss your person, there’s still a lot of value in that.
More time for your friendsIn much the same way, people who are part of a couple can sometimes get a little flaky on their friends. It doesn’t make you a monster – it happens. We’ve all done it. We’ll all probably do it again. We’ll all swear never to do it after that, and we might anyway. When you’re in a long-distance relationship, time spent without your boo in the same zip code means more time for your mains. That’s not a bad silver lining.

cheers to a brand new year!

Yayyy its 2014! haha I know its late to greet you all now, but yeah... I have been quite busy the last few months of 2013. BUT STILL... I wanna thanks everyone who've been there with me through my ups and downs, to my new gained friends, and to those i lost out of touch with.. 2013 was the year when i had finally realized that life goes on after a breakdown. Thanks to my friends and family for the never ending support and love. Last year also was the year I was held-up(GRRR) and lost my things. OMG, I'm still traumatized until now. Thanks to my friends who rescued me and to my family who helped me forget it. Last year also, I had the courage to transfer to another company where I am still with now. Thanks to those who encouraged me and shared me all their knowledge so I can be what I am now(bwahaha LOLS).. Last year, my super close friend and I finally had the chance to opened up our feelings and found love in each others arms. yiihiiiee! Thank you for the love and the joy you bring!

2013 was indeed a roller-coaster year for me but all in all it was amazing!

Hope this year will be the year to all of us!! CHEERS!!!

anywhere with you.. [PHOTOBLOG]

Its not always that you get lucky enough to meet someone in your life who can be your everything; whom you can go anywhere leaving your comfort zone, whom you can trust your everything with, whom you can laugh with when the world gets a little off, whom you can act and just be with yourself without pretensions, someone you can call your sidekick, someone you can spend your whole day nursing a hangover, someone who can get along with your meanest, dirtiest, bitchiest, and craziest mind, someone who can understand everything about you, someone who can make you feel comfortable and happy and contented, someone who can give you butterflies in the tummy, and gives you headache and stress that you just wanna hit them in the face really hard, someone who can make you fall inlove excitedly, passionately, deeply and sincerely over and over again. Someone who can  understand your past and present and helps you forget what hurt you before. Someone who will never give up on you and never let you go. I feel lucky. <3
And i wanna be anywhere with you..

anywhere as long as theres a road..

even  if we don't know where we're heading...
even if you put too much eyeliner on my eyes...

from thoughtcatalog

A Girl Who Writes

Find a girl who writes. Find a girl who has no idea where she is going in life because the only thing she understands about the world is that sometimes if you put one beautiful word beside another beautiful word you can create a beautiful sentence that melds into beautiful chapters of beautiful books that might change at least one person’s life. Find a girl who lives for that one person, the one person that will read her beautiful words and feel a sudden lightness on their shoulders. Find a girl who works at a job she hates so she can do the thing she loves. Find a girl who knows sacrifice.
Find a girl who makes it hard to love her Find a girl who demands the best because its all her romance-riddled mind can comprehend. Build her a castle in the sky, move a mountain for her, smile and nod when she tells you she wants to run away to find the wild places that still exist in the world. Take her hand and lead her. Lead her through deserts and cities and forests until she grows homesick for a place she never even called home. Watch her as she takes in a sunset. Watch her lips move and her brow furrow as she fails to find words to describe it. Wrap your arms around her from behind and whisper in her ear that maybe this once words have failed her and that’s OK. Let her cry into your jacket as she is overcome with the vastness of the world. Offer to drive home so she can stare out the window as the sound of her favorite indie band you’ve always found depressing rolls through the car. Give her space when you get home so she can lock herself away in a room, still trying to describe the sunset that will forever beat at the back of her brain, demanding beautiful words. Walk in to find her asleep at her desk. Clean up the paper that litters the floor and wash the ink stains from her fingers. Know that this will never pass. Accept that the sunset will never leave her and learn to be OK with it like she will have to.

What Kind Of Single Person Are You?

So..

I am once again stealing an article from thoughtcatalog because I just love it and yeah, maybe thoughtful enough (I guess) to share it to you all. lolssss.
Please bear with me as I am really in the mood today for something like this. ;) #minsanminsanlangbebe
Though I myself have no freaking idea what I was then. Ikaw alin ka dyan?

What Kind Of Single Person Are You?
The Fonz. The Fonz is a monogamous person’s worst nightmare. They make singledom look like an open-bar pony ride chauffeured by Harry Nilsson. There are no broken hearts or unmet expectations in a Fonz’s dalliances — just Instagram photos of melting ice cream cones, leather jackets, and good vibes.

The Asexual. The Asexual lives opposite the person who is perpetually part of a couple. He never uses the word “we” or shows up with an extra body in tow come brunch. This is an act reserved for Fonzies who engage in extended one-night-stands; carelessly inviting their new friend to crash a brunch that called for reservations and thereupon forces the previously accounted for friends to squeeze closer than what’s comfortable so that everyone might fit at the table. The Asexual would never do that. The Asexual lives in a binary world in which there are no ones, and especially no plus ones, making them an ideal guest to invite when planning a budget wedding.

"Without forgiveness, you cannot move to the next level"

.....gumaganun.... :D
